By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must not use the Service.

Service Description

Meals to Go  is a meal delivery service that aims to provide convenient and high-quality meals to individuals across Canada. The Service allows customers to place orders for meals online and have them delivered to their desired location.

Ordering and Delivery

2.1. Order Placement: Customers can place orders through the Meals to Go  website or mobile application. It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate and complete information while placing an order.

2.2. Delivery: Meals to Go  will make reasonable efforts to deliver the ordered meals within the specified delivery time. However, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. Meals to Go  will not be liable for any damages or losses arising from delivery delays.

2.3. Delivery Area: Meals to Go  provides delivery services to specific areas within Canada. Customers must ensure that their delivery address falls within the designated delivery area.

2.4. Delivery Fees: Meals to Go  may charge delivery fees based on the distance and location of the delivery address. These fees will be clearly communicated to the customer during the order placement process.

Payment

3.1. Pricing: The prices for meals and delivery fees will be clearly displayed on the Meals to Go  website or mobile application. All prices are in Canadian dollars and are subject to applicable provincial and federal taxes in Canada.

3.2. Payment Method: Customers must provide valid payment information, including credit card details, to complete the order and authorize payment for the meals and delivery fees.

Cancellations and Refunds

4.1. Cancellations: Customers can cancel their orders before the designated cutoff time. After the cutoff time, cancellations may not be accepted.

Food Safety

Intellectual Property

The Meals to Go  website, mobile application, and all associated content, including logos, images, and text, are the intellectual property of iOrders Technology. Users are prohibited from reproducing, distributing, or modifying any part of the Service without prior written consent from iOrders Technology.

Privacy

Meals to Go  respects your privacy and handles personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as outlined in the Privacy Policy.

Modifications and Termination

iOrders Technology reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Meals to Go  Service at any time, without prior notice. This Agreement may also be modified by iOrders Technology from time to time. Continued use of the Service after any modifications indicates your acceptance of the modified terms and conditions.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the province of Saskatchewan, Canada. Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Saskatchewan.
